The seasonal menu offers a full selection of a la carte and set dinner choices and special menus are introduced every month. Giovanni's also offer the best Sunday Brunch on the island, with live piano performances.

Teppanyaki
Teppanyaki restaurant combines quality food with an exciting live show.
Our long established restaurant enjoys a reputation as the best Teppanyaki Restaurant on Saipan.
The limited seating ensures an attentive staff and intimate dining experience.
Teppanyaki's menu features live lobster, certified angus beef, and great local seafood items. A la carte and set menus are available for you to enjoy and every month our chef produces a special menu for you to try something new.

The contemporary and intimate atmosphere of our authentic Japanese Restaurant makes for a super dining experience.
We suggest that you make a reservation if you would like to try our daily lunch buffet, featuring a fantastic selection of fresh sushi and sashimi, crispy tempura, and broiled dishes. This is by far the most popular and busiest lunch destination on Saipan. Unique local fish add a great variety to the largest selection of Sushi and Sashimi available on Saipan. Our two specialty Chefs will personally prepare your meal as you enjoy a dinner at our Sushi Counter.
